FWF Must-Haves: Fitness

I love working out. After years of trying out different workouts, I’ve discovered that strength training, dance cardio, running, pilates, and barre are my favorite ways to move my body! These workouts make me feel empowered, strong, and taught me to get out of my own head and truly enjoy the movement!

Since I’ve dabbled in many a workout, I decided to create an FWF Must-Have Fitness list of my go-to products to enhance your workouts! Check out the list below!

Bala Bars - These 3 lb. weights are the best. I use these for barre/light weight sculpting!

Bala Bangles - These are amazing for throwing on your wrists or ankles for a little extra workout boost. I have the 1 lb. ones and 2 lb. ones!

Resistance Bands - Amazing for getting a deeper burn and adding more resistance to classic workout moves. We even throw these in our suitcase when travelingβ€” a gym on the go!

Hanes Socks - Seriously I live in these and always wear them when working out. (I’m also obsessed w/ these Alo ones too)

Airpods - Because wires are annoying and putting your phone in your sports bra to do jump squats is not fun.

Leggings - These have withstood years of workouts. Get these because they last (and make your butt look good)!! Fun fact: I bought my first pair of Lulus in 2010 and I still wear them today.

Biker Short Set - Truly have never received more compliments on any outfit than this one. And it makes me feel so girly, fun and confident, which is how you should feel when working out!!

Foam Roller - A recovery game-changer.
