Bourbon Negroni

As the days get shorter and the weather gets colder, it makes me want to cozy up on the couch with a delicious cocktail and some good company. Anyone else?

Typically, a Negroni is made with gin, but I live with a bourbon-lover so this is Ed’s spin on the classic Negroni! Much like Ed himself, this cocktail is stiff, bitter, and smoky. JK JK. But rly, this drink is perfect for those crisp fall evenings when you need that extra layer of warmth. ;)

BONUS: it’s boyfriend-approved.
